Pradhan Mantri Divyasha Kendra (PMDKs)

With an endeavor to enhance the outreach the benefit of ADIP and RVY schemes of Govt. of India for providing free of Cost Aids & Assistive devices to Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) and Sr. Citizens, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India has decided to open centres in every 100 KM radius of the Country so that the benefit of Assistive Devices can be made available to the eligible beneficiary nearer to his or her door step with minimum waiting time. ALIMCO, in compliance of above instruction Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) have started a Pradhan Mantri Divyasha Kendra (PMDK) at CRC Bhopal to offer following Services:
Free distribution of Aids and Appliances Devices to eligible Divyangjan & Sr. Citizen under the scheme of Govt. Of India.Prosthesis & Orthosis Fitment.Audiometry room for assessing hearing loss with the provision of providing free of Cost Digital and Digital Programmable Hearing Aids and subsequent training to already fitted user.

Documents required for ADIP Scheme
• A copy of the UDID card along with Disability Certificate.
• A copy of Aadhaar Card.
• Two copies photograph.
• Income Certificate.
